Vinales Leads Aragon MotoGP Test

Following the Aragon race weekend, Maverick Vinales of KTM emerged as the fastest rider at Monday’s MotoGP test. The one-day event saw teams evaluating new components and setups, with several riders making notable improvements throughout the day.

Top Performers at Aragon

Maverick Vinales (KTM) set the pace with a time of 1:45.694. Marco Bezzecchi (Aprilia) closely followed, just 0.006 seconds behind. Marc marquez secured third place. Moto2 leader Manuel Gonzalez, driving a MotoGP bike for the first time, finished 21st.

Morning Session Highlights

In the morning session, Marc Marquez initially dominated with a time of 1:45.749. maverick Vinales and Franco Morbidelli trailed behind. Manuel Gonzalez, adapting to the MotoGP bike, was over two seconds off the pace.

Afternoon Improvements

The afternoon session saw continued testing in hot conditions.Marc Marquez again led early on, but riders like Fermin Aldeguer closed the gap. Ducati works drivers Pecco Bagnaia and Marc Marquez tested a new aerodynamic package on the GP25.

Yamaha’s New Engine
